We are currently looking for an office administrator for our Dublin office at unit 286, Blanchardstown Corporate Park. The successful candidate will be self motivated, conscientious and become an integral part of a young enthusiastic and highly professional team. Key Duties

• Diary management
• Contacting and follow up with potential clients via phone and direct mail campaigns
• Liaising with existing clients
• Communicating with brochure and website designers
• Managing the company database
• Developing Power Point presentations
• Organizing meetings
• General office administration
• Invoicing
• Liaising with other company department
